Price performance ratio does not fit. Venue not maintained well, everything already a bit getting old.

We arrived at the hotel via an expensive taxi ride. the well, kept gardens led to our mountain view suite, complete with a spacious and clean bathroom. Service was impeccable, the staff constantly provided tea and snacks. the wide pond restaurant was chic and offered excellent Chinese cuisine. Breakfast selection was vast and tasty, with fresh fruit and pastries. We enjoyed facilities such as unlimited spa treatments and an in, villa BBQ.

The hotel could have improved on their training for staff in terms of entering rooms and handling requests.

Beautiful design with stunning views of the mountains. Loved the private jet pool villa with garden view. Close to both old towns and staff was helpful with local sightseeing.

The design of the resort gave us the feeling of being inside a mini Lijiang old town, which was very impressive. The food was of great quality and delicious. The staff, especially William from Tour and Trek, was extremely helpful and always available for assistance. The location was convenient and offered a sanctuary of senses. we highly recommend this hotel for a beautiful and awesome stay.

This hotel provided a luxurious and memorable experience. the stunning views, lush gardens, and private jet pool villa were all exclusive amenities that met my expectations. the spa and wellness center offered a range of treatments, and the massage was particularly relaxing. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection, and the dinner at the restaurant was divine, with local flavors and fresh ingredients.

Although I had a wonderful stay here, there was one minor issue with communication. the English language was not widely spoken, so it was difficult to fully express my needs to the staff.
